Finastra - case study

Co-creating a new HQ for a global Fintech leader

Finastra, formed in 2017 by the combination of Misys and D+H, develops software for financial institutions, including 48 of the world’s 50 largest banks. Insightful Environments had already started working with Misys on their impending move to 4 Kingdom Street, near Paddington Station when the rebrand happened.

The new building now needed to house the global headquarters for the new brand. Finastra wanted to create a high-quality office space that reflected the new brand and reinforced their identity in the market.
With the increase in headcount they also needed to increase hospitality space for staff and meeting/event space for visitors.

The new space comprised of open plan staff work areas, break out and café with catering, private offices, internal and external meeting rooms and reception areas. It was furnished to a high standard to reflect the Finastra brand as well as to promote efficiency, flexibility, communication, collaboration and effective working practices.
